Registrars Liaison/Dematerialisation of Share Certificates
We have excellent relationships with various stakeholders in the industry and this enables us to engage seamlessly with Regulators, Registrars, Custodians, Fund and Asset Managers and Other Stakeholders in the Capital Market. We are able to recover lost investments, track unclaimed dividends, engage Registrars on dematerialization of share certificates, work with CSCS to conduct global search, advice on portfolio consolidation and restructuring, and manage relationships with external parties on behalf of our clients. Portfolio Managers
As the market becomes more complex many clients wish to be relieved of the time-consuming search for, and analysis of, investments. This combined with the required day-to-day monitoring of their portfolio in volatile periods leads many investors to seek professional portfolio management expertise. Our clients using this service will assign the active management of their portfolio (i.e. debt and equity instruments) to us subject to pre-agreed criteria. With this arrangement, we can act on information being received from the market promptly rather than having to contact the client before acting. Our investment policy is conservative, and portfolios are reviewed continually to meet the investment objectives of each client. This product is designed specifically for institutional Investors and high net-worth individuals.
We provide periodic valuation (monthly, quarterly, half-yearly or annually) report to enable our clients keep track of their investment portfolio. The valuation has proved useful to a good number of our clients for Zakat and for borrowing (loan facilities) decisions.

Stockbrokers To Primary Issues
We act as Stockbrokers to Primary Issues. Over the years, we have been part of several land mark capital market transactions, performing the role of Stockbroker to these transactions. The most recent being the Kano State Non-Interest Financing of the Kano Metropolitan Light Rail Project.
Receiving Agent / Distribution Agent for FGNSB
We collect monies from investors during primary issue of securities as a Receiving Agent. We have participated actively in the Privatization Programme of the Federal Government and other Public Issues as Receiving Agent.
We are accredited by the Debt Management Office (DMO) as Distribution Agent for the Federal Government of Nigeria Savings Bond (FGNSB). The FGNSB is issued monthly since March, 2017 and our company has been an active participant.
Commodity Trading
Tiddo Securities Limited also buys and sells Agricultural Commodities on the Nigerian Commodity Exchange on behalf of its clients and on its own account. The company is registered with the Exchange as a Dealing Member. We were also recently registered with the Lagos Commodities and Futures Exchange as Dealing Member.
