He is also the chairman of other companies including Micro Access (a top-ranking hardware, internet and other IT solutions provider), Marble Court Limited and Kautal Hairu Company Limited. He also served on the Board of Lagoon Homes Savings and Loans Limited from 1993 to 2008. Alhaji M. B. Tukur holds a BSc degree in Business Management (Banking and Finance).

Mr. Iortsor holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Economics from Ahmadu Bello University Zaria. He is also a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers. He has over 26 years of varied working experience in the Public Service, Banking and the Nigerian Capital Market. Prior to joining Tiddo Securities Limited, Mr. Iortsor worked in various organizations including First Bank of Nigeria Plc (NYSC) and the Benue State Civil Service where he rose to the position of Chief Industrial Officer in the Ministry of Commerce, Industry and Co-operatives. He was at Benue Investment & Property Company Limited from 1993 to 1997. He later worked in other financial sector organizations including Fafinc Finance & Securities Limited (Head, Capital Market Operations), Profund Securities Ltd (Head, Stockbroking & Portfolio Management) and BIC Securities Limited. He joined Tiddo Securities Limited in March, 2004.

Mrs Eriba became a staff of Tower Assets Management Ltd, Abuja in February, 2006.She resigned in 2017 and joined Crystal Multipurpose Cooperative society and worked as Assistant General Manager till April 2019 when she resigned and joined TDS Commercial Ventures. She has attended several Capital Market related courses and is an associate member of Institute of Capital Market Registrars, Chartered Institute of Economics, Chartered Institute of Management Accountant and a student member of Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers. Mrs. Eriba is happily married with children
